REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, size changes (once the order is shipped/once pre order window closes), or issue refunds. All sales are final.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.
PRIVACY POLICY
Customer's information remains confidential and will not be shared/sold under any circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is the responsibility of the customer and out of our control. Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive once the item is in transit.
